He, with his team, launched 7 startups, in 10 years, leading a high-performance team called Innovation Force. Healthsparq, his first startup launched within Cambia, sold to Kyruus in Jan 2021.
Mohan was Chief Marketing Executive/EVP for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield for 7 years, leading all front-end functions for the multi-billion dollar firm and was instrumental in leading the transformation of the Regence Group to be consumer-centered.
